Refund policy

If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason and would like a refund or store credit, just let us know. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for gift cards. If you purchased a Farm Membership and need to move or otherwise cannot use the remainder of your store credits, we ask that customers consider donating the remaining value of their farm membership to a person in need which we can do on your behalf with one of our partner organizations.

Refunds

Farm Memberships: If you would like a cash refund for your remaining store credits, we charge a $10 admin fee. Full refunds on Farm Memberships do not include the credit card processing fee.

Other store purchases: We appreciate refunds in the form of store credits, but if you prefer a cash refund, let us know.
