SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Local Delivery

Puddle Produce Farm offers local delivery of fresh, farm-grown produce to select areas. We do not ship outside our local delivery zone.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to any home or business address within 5 kms of the Williams Lake Farmers market location (Kiwanis Park).

Delivery Schedule

Orders are delivered on TUESDAYS

Delivery times are between 11AM-6PM

Order Cutoff

Orders must be placed by Sunday at 12AM for delivery the following week.

Delivery Fees

Orders $35 or more have FREE delivery
Orders under $35 are not eligible for delivery or ordering from our online store

Perishable Food Handling

All produce is harvested fresh and delivered within 1-4 days of harvest. Please refrigerate perishable items immediately upon delivery.

If you will not be home, please leave a cooler out for all perishable, high-risk items (meats, cheese, fish, etc.). We are not responsible for any products going bad due to insufficient storage options upon delivery.

Delivery Instructions

If you will not be home, please provide delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "leave on porch," "ring doorbell"). We are not responsible for produce left unrefrigerated per customer instructions.
