ABOUT HONEY BEE BITES
Honey Bee Bites is Melissa Newberry. She has lived in the Cariboo for 25 years and is happiest in her kitchen or enjoying outdoor activities summer and winter.
Her interest in chocolate began 10 years ago. Chocolate is a fickle art form and she has learnt from many failures and successes. The possibilities of flavor and design are endless. She enjoys sharing her creations and taking the time to produce high quality chocolates to delight your palate.
Her business name comes from her first name Melissa, which means honey bee in Greek. Perfect!
