Titra Farm was started by Tim Traber in 2023 in Quesnel. Tim's family immigrated to Canada from Switzerland in 1990 and built and operated Fox Dairy Farm until a few years ago. Tim grew up farming, and also as a professional hockey player, which is a fun mix! With his combined appreciation and discipline for agriculture, and his passion for healthy eating as an athlete, Tim knew he wanted to pursue a career in sustainable small-scale farming when he started his business.
His hens are free range whenever possible (the only reason they may have to be indoors is weather). Tim also feeds them non-GMO feed.
We have both medium and large eggs from Titra Farm available in our online store.
It's always hard to find local eggs consistently, so as a very local commercial egg producer trying to make his dream a reality, we are super excited to share his product!
