I love having garlic powder on hand for the months when your stored garlic has just past its prime and you needed to use it all up, but before this year's garlic is ready, which is usually about April to August. But I also love it for certain items in the kitchen where dried and ground is more suitable, like dips and dressings.

This garlic is made from hardneck garlic, which is much more flavourful than softneck (what you get in the grocery store). You can smell this stuff! Which is awesome. You don't need much.
