I'm not sure how many times I've made fish tacos with this cod. Such a quick, healthy, and amazing dinner. You don't need to deep fry. Just fried with cumin, smoked paprika, and onion powder is plenty.  Just make sure to make this sauce with them too - you won't regret it!
