We have the most beautiful pickling cucumbers from Peter and his family at Northern Greenhouses south of Quesnel.
These pickling cucumbers are the perfect size - you don't see these often actually. Most often, the pickling cucs out there are too big, requiring you to quarter or halve them. These can be processed whole. They are between 2-3" long and less than 1" in diameter. This will help maintain more crunch in your pickles, and will be less work!
