Ok you guys, this isn't just any old sauerkraut. And even if you hate sauerkraut, I think you should buy this stuff :P
The first amazing thing about Seed to Culture is their fermented pickles. We don't have any of those because they're too popular and sold out, BUT we do have 5 of the 7 varieties of sauerkraut they make! All unlike anything you'll see in the grocery store. They are LIVE krauts, meaning they are NOT canned so you are getting the gut-healthy benefits (beneficial probiotics) that fermented products bring to your kitchen.
The second amazing thing about Seed to Culture is that ALL of the vegetables they use in their fermented products come from their very own Certified Organic market garden! How do they find the time? I don't even know. But that's amazing. If they don't have enough of something, they source from other organic vegetable farms in the region. They also use Vancouver Island sea salt in their ferments.
