A sourdough scone is what happens when a biscuit decides to get a little fancy without fully committing to cake. Golden on the outside, tender and moist on the inside from the sourdough magic, and just the right amount of crumbly. Each bite offers a buttery richness that pairs beautifully with jam, cream, butter or the bold decision to eat it plain.
Details: Comes in a package with as many scones as you order as frozen baked sourdough scones.
Ingredients: Organic White flour,sourdough starter, organic cane sugar, himalayan sea salt, baking powder, baking soda, organic plain yogurt, milk, butter, Shannon’s family grown organic haskaps (picked by her boys). .
Baking Instructions:
How to bake: Bake from frozen or thaw in the fridge (overnight or 6-8hrs) before baking. If baking from frozen place on a parchment lined tray in a preheated oven (350C) for 10 to 15 mins. If baking after thawing, place on a parchment lined tray in a preheated oven (350C) for 8 to 10 mins. Bake within four weeks for best results.
