Sourdough Light Rye bread - 750g

The Light Rye bread is similar to the house bread but there are no seeds nor grains in the flour.

The flour is a mix of unbleached white and light rye flour. Like in all my breads, I use sourdough for leverage and taste.

Ingredients:

Unbleached white flour, light rye flour, water, sourdough, salt, malt, yeast

NOTE: all bread products will come to you FROZEN, from same-day baked batches. We will get them fresh to you whenever possible.
