Wool pellets are an excellent and natural garden amendment:

• they can retain up to 30x their weight in water
• slow-release source of nitrogen and potassium , iron, calcium, and magnesium
• increases soil porosity 
• micro-abrasive texture of wool repels slugs when left on surface 
• a sustainable and value-added by-product of sheep husbandry

APPLICATION RATES:

• Pots: add 1/2 cup per 4L of soil
• Gardens: add 1kg per 25sq ft (2.5m2)

What started from their daughter’s 4H Market Lamb project grew into a simple mission: turn undervalued Cariboo wool into something useful, beautiful, and good for the earth while supporting local growers. Their wool pellets are made in small batches, powered by the fibre from their daughter’s flock and from other Cariboo sheep farms.
