Zöpfli buns - chocolate OR pepperoni

Just like its big brother, the Zopf bread, only smaller but taken up a notch with chocolate OR pepperoni inside: No one can resist this combination. 

Chocolate Zöpfli Ingredients:

Unbleached white flour, water, milk, butter, sourdough, salt, malt, yeast, milk chocolate

Glazing: egg yolk

Pepperoni  Zöpfli Ingredients:

Unbleached white flour, water, milk, butter, sourdough, salt, malt, yeast.

Glazing: egg yolk

Pepperoni: Fletcher's naturally smoked, fully cooked, product of Canada. Sausage and bread combined on baking day.

NOTE: all bread products will come to you FROZEN, from same-day baked batches. We will get them fresh to you whenever possible.
